The Canary promoter DN7 Music concludes a week of intense musical activity with three concerts in Tenerife and Fuerteventura, featuring Puerto Ricans Tito El Bambino and Brytiago, which attracted thousands of followers.
The Canary promoter DN7 Music has wrapped up a week of intense musical activity in the archipelago after hosting three concerts in Tenerife and Fuerteventura with Puerto Ricans Tito El Bambino and Brytiago, two heavyweights of the Latin urban genre. The events, which drew a large audience on both islands, reinforce the company's commitment to bringing top international figures to the Canary Islands.
Tito El Bambino, reggaeton star, performs in Güímar and Fuerteventura
The veteran reggaeton singer Tito El Bambino held two concerts in Tenerife, the first on July 5 and the second on the 10th in Güímar, where he was the highlight of the San Pedro Patronal Festivities with a free show. The following day, July 11, he crossed to Fuerteventura to perform as part of his 'El Patrón Tour Europa', which kicked off on July 4 in Seville. Producer David Navarro from DN7 Music highlighted that the tour's launch in the Andalusian capital attracted between 50,000 and 60,000 spectators, a response that, according to him, demonstrates "the importance of having an artist of this level" at Canary events.
Tito El Bambino himself expressed gratitude for the warm welcome from the island's audience and stated he feels "like in Puerto Rico" every time he performs in the archipelago. For the residents of Güímar, the free concert was a grand finale to the patronal festivities, featuring an international artist who filled the main square of the municipality. The organisation estimates that thousands of people attended both events, with no notable incidents.
Brytiago headlines Puerto Joven in Fuerteventura
Meanwhile, fellow Puerto Rican Brytiago was the headliner of the Puerto Joven event, held on July 10 at Los Pozos beach in Puerto del Rosario (Fuerteventura). The free event, organised by the Puerto del Rosario City Council and the Fuerteventura Cabildo with the collaboration of DN7 Music, gathered thousands of young people around the artist's performance, accompanied by Rodrigo Fénix, WOS Las Palmas and Eleder. The event solidifies Puerto Joven as one of the major musical highlights of the summer in Fuerteventura and reinforces the presence of international urban music artists in the Canary circuits.
For attendees, the combination of beach and urban music proved to be a magnet: the sand at Los Pozos filled with people from early afternoon, with a festive atmosphere lasting well into the night. The organisation highlighted the absence of serious incidents and the exemplary behaviour of the audience, which is not always easy at large-scale events of this kind. With these three concerts, DN7 Music strengthens its position as one of the leading promoters in organising major urban and international music events in the Canary Islands, having brought other globally recognised names in recent months.
The company, based in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, continues to energise the cultural and leisure offerings of the islands, betting on a genre that moves masses and which, judging by the audience's response, has a bright future in the archipelago. The upcoming concerts planned by DN7 Music include new dates for urban artists, although for now the promoter remains tight-lipped about the names. What is clear is that the Canary summer sounds of reggaeton and that the residents of Tenerife and Fuerteventura have had the opportunity to enjoy two of the genre's greats without leaving home, and for free.
