Telde Local Police confirms that there is no animal abuse at the property highlighted on social media. The actual number of dogs is fewer than 50, and the family has required medical assistance due to the harassment suffered.

Telde Local Police has categorically dismantled the accusations of animal abuse made on social media against a property in the municipality. Following an urgent inspection with drones, officers have confirmed that the reported incidents are false. Fewer than 50 dogs live at the residence, not 150 as claimed, and there are no signs of violence or neglect.

“Everything can be improved, but there is no animal abuse,” stated sources from the Local Police, who found humble individuals who love animals. The public denunciation has caused significant emotional harm to the family, which has had to be assisted multiple times by health services.

Constant Harassment and Fear at the Residence

The dissemination of a video with the exact location of the property has led numerous onlookers to approach the site. One of the women in the family confessed that she has gone days without sleeping due to the fear that someone might break into the property. “I’m afraid they will take justice into their own hands or harm my dogs,” she recounted.

The complainant published the exact address, violating the right to home and the privacy of the residents. The family, which includes elderly individuals, has been exposed to serious physical and psychological risks. Officers have confirmed that the animals are in good condition and that the owners care for them with the resources available to them.

The Family Considers Legal Action

In light of the seriousness of the public accusation, the affected parties do not rule out taking legal action against the author of the false report. The Local Police has gathered evidence demonstrating the falsehood of the accusations and has urged the public not to spread hoaxes that could endanger innocent people.

The case highlights the importance of verifying information before sharing it on social media. In Telde, a family has suffered the consequences of an unfounded complaint, and they are now fighting to regain their peace. Neighbours in the area have shown their support for the affected family, while the Local Police continues to investigate to prevent such situations from recurring.
