The 30th edition of the Villa de Teror Latino Festival will be held on July 24 and 25, 2026, featuring an international lineup led by Tony and Mimy Succar. The event, which has become a summer classic in the Canary Islands, will also include performances by Kenyi Succar, La Golosina, and Tromboranga, among other artists.

The festival will kick off on Friday, July 24, with the ‘Gran Canaria Young Edition’, a multicultural initiative taking place in Plaza de Sintes starting at 11:00 am. There will be stands, workshops, exhibitions, screenings, demonstrations, and concerts by groups such as ‘Dos de Azúcar’, ‘Havana 500’, ‘Yet Garbey’, ‘Idel el Mulatico’, and ‘Dj Ruymán Melián’. This initiative aims to attract a younger and more diverse audience.

Parallel activities will begin earlier, on Monday, July 20, with Latin dance classes led by brothers Ancor and Ayoze from the Paso a Paso Las Palmas academy. The sessions will be held at Alameda Pío XII from 8:30 pm to 10:30 pm and are open to all.

The Main Event: Saturday, July 25

The highlight of the festival will be on Saturday, July 25, with a schedule starting at 7:30 pm featuring dance entertainment by Paso a Paso Las Palmas. At 8:00 pm, La Golosina will take the stage, accompanied by dance academies from Gran Canaria, to warm up the atmosphere.

At 10:00 pm, the star performance by Tony and Mimy Succar will take place, bringing a show that fuses tradition and modernity from Miami. They will be joined by Kenyi Succar, completing a proposal that promises to get the whole audience dancing. The night will continue at midnight with the vibrant salsa of Tromboranga from Barcelona, and will close at 1:30 am with Dj Yotu.

Access to all concerts will be free, making the festival an accessible event for all residents and visitors of Teror. The Teror City Council has highlighted that this special edition commemorates three decades of history and reinforces the commitment to Latin music as a vehicle for cultural exchange.

A Festival Established in the Canary Calendar

The Villa de Teror Latino Festival has become a reference point for summer in the Canary Islands, attracting salsa and Latin rhythm enthusiasts from across the island. This 30th edition solidifies its presence in the region's cultural calendar, featuring a lineup that combines internationally renowned artists with local talent.

For attendees, the festival offers a unique opportunity to enjoy live music in an outdoor setting, with Plaza de Sintes and Alameda Pío XII as the main stages. The City Council recommends arriving early to enjoy all activities and avoid crowds.
