The Autonomous Environmental Assessment Commission has issued a favourable Strategic Environmental Declaration for the General Planning of Pájara, a decisive step that will allow the Town Hall to continue with the processing until its final approval.
The General Planning of Pájara has received the environmental green light from the Government of the Canary Islands, an essential requirement for the municipality to move forward with the renewal of its urban planning. The Autonomous Environmental Assessment Commission issued the favourable Strategic Environmental Declaration (DAE) last Wednesday, which sets out the conditions and measures that must be incorporated into the document before its final approval.
