Suko Canarias has opened this Monday in the Ajimar Industrial Park, in Jinámar, a large Asian food centre that combines direct sales and professional supply, with a workforce predominantly made up of Canary Island workers.

The opening, just before noon, featured a festive atmosphere with performances of traditional Asian music and dances.
The inaugural event brought together authorities such as the mayor of Telde, Juan Antonio Peña; the councillor for Local Development, Nayra Navarro; and the president of the Cabildo of Lanzarote, Oswaldo Betancort, along with entrepreneurs, suppliers and customers from various parts of the Canary Islands and even the mainland. All of them wanted to accompany the company at the start of its operations.
Over 80% of the workforce is from the Canary Islands
