The Telde City Council has definitively approved the project for the kiosks on the Arnao Ramblas. The tender will be published next Wednesday in the BOP.

The Telde City Council has given the green light to the project and the tender for the concession of the kiosks on the Arnao Ramblas. The Local Government Board definitively approved the file this Friday, once the 30-day public exposure period concluded without any objections being presented.

The next step will be the publication of the tender announcement in the Official Provincial Bulletin (BOP), scheduled for next Wednesday. From that date, interested individuals and companies will be able to submit their offers in a competitive bidding process.

The mayor of Telde, Juan Antonio Peña, described the step as “historic” for the recovery of a space that has remained closed and unused for years. “We have completed a complex process with all legal and administrative guarantees, and we do so with the satisfaction that the project has passed the public information period without objections,” he stated.

Peña added that the process has been designed with criteria of transparency and equal opportunities. “We want anyone interested to have all the necessary information to compete under the best conditions,” he affirmed.

To facilitate participation, the City Council will enable information channels and resolve queries in person at the Mayor's Office, without the need for an appointment, as well as through the email info@telde.es and the municipal social networks.

The recovery of the Arnao kiosks is one of the strategic projects of the mandate to revitalise this emblematic area of Telde. The initiative aims to restore economic and social activity to municipal facilities that have been unused for years, promoting employment and commercial dynamism.

The City Council reminds that until the official publication in the BOP, no applications or documentation can be submitted, as the procedure will formally begin with that announcement. All tender documentation will be available from that moment, ensuring an open and transparent process.

The Arnao kiosks are a characteristic element of Telde's urban landscape. Their launch will provide a boost to local commerce and hospitality, as well as improve the environment for residents and visitors to the area.

The City Council hopes that the concession will attract entrepreneurs and companies, and that the kiosks will once again become a meeting point and hub of activity in the heart of the city. The deadline for submitting offers will open after the publication in the BOP, and it is expected that the awarding will be resolved in the following months.
