The trade winds will blow with strong intervals on the southeast and northwest slopes of several islands, where very strong gusts are not ruled out, especially during the early morning. At sea, northeast winds of force 5 or 6 are expected, which could increase to 7 in the southeast, with strong swells and locally rough seas.
In Tenerife, skies will be cloudy in the north, with possible drizzle in the early morning in the northeast midlands and some clear spells during the central hours. Temperatures will drop in the peaks and midlands, as well as in low-lying areas facing south, although highs of 30 degrees may be reached in Candelaria and the Güímar valley. The trade winds will be strong along the southeast coastal strip and in the extreme northwest, with occasionally very strong gusts. In Santa Cruz de Tenerife, the minimums will be 23 degrees and the maximums will be 29.
In Gran Canaria, there will also be cloudy skies in the north, with some drizzle in the early morning in the midlands and clear spells during the central hours. The light haze at altitude will tend to dissipate. Temperatures will drop in the peaks and midlands, and in low-lying areas of the south, although highs of 30 degrees could be reached in the southeast. The trade winds will blow with strong intervals on the southeast and northwest slopes, with very strong gusts. In Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, temperatures will range between 23 and 26 degrees.
In Lanzarote, the day will be mostly clear or sunny, with cloudy intervals in the north in the early morning and after sunset. There will be light haze at high levels and temperatures will remain unchanged, with strong trade winds in inland areas and southern slopes, where very strong gusts are not ruled out. In Arrecife, the minimums will be 22 degrees and the maximums will be 29.
Fuerteventura will also have a mostly clear or sunny day, with intervals in the west in the early morning and at dusk. The light haze at altitude will persist, and temperatures could reach 30 degrees in the southeast. The trade winds will be strong on the southern slope of the Jandía massif, with very strong gusts in the early morning. In Puerto del Rosario, temperatures will range from 22 to 27 degrees.
In La Gomera, skies will be cloudy in the north, with possible drizzle in the early morning in the midlands and clear spells during the central hours. Temperatures will remain without significant changes, and the trade winds will blow with strong intervals on the eastern and northwestern slopes, with very strong gusts. In San Sebastián de La Gomera, the minimums will be 23 degrees and the maximums will be 27.
La Palma will have cloudy skies in the north and east, with drizzle in the early morning in the northeast midlands and clear spells during the central hours. Temperatures will not experience major changes, and the trade winds will be strong along the southeast and northwest coastal strips, with very strong gusts. In Santa Cruz de La Palma, temperatures will range between 22 and 24 degrees.
Finally, in El Hierro, skies will be cloudy in the north and east, with possible drizzle in the early morning in the northeast midlands and clear spells during the central hours. Temperatures will hardly vary, and the trade winds will blow with strong intervals along the southeast and northwest coastal strips, with very strong gusts. In Valverde, the minimums will be 17 degrees and the maximums will be 20.
